I've been using Z-Bum 22% Cream for a few weeks now to treat diaper rash on my baby. I've noticed some slight irritation, but nothing alarming. However, I'm a bit concerned after reading about the potential severe allergic reactions. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Any tips on how to safely use this cream or alternative remedies that you've found effective?

I had a similar experience with my toddler. I noticed some redness around the affected area, but it subsided. Just make sure to follow the instructions and don't overuse it. Always apply a thin layer and make sure the area is clean.

This is the first I've heard of such severe side effects. I only started using it recently, and I haven't noticed anything unusual yet.

I had a really bad reaction to this cream. Ended up with hives and wheezing. Had to go to the ER. I'd be very careful, especially since you mentioned slight irritation. If it gets worse, don’t hesitate to get medical help.

I've used zinc oxide creams before and never had any issues. Just make sure to use it as directed and keep an eye out for any unusual reactions. Always good to be cautious, though.
