I've been prescribed Adalimu-Adbm 40/0.8ml Inj (Cyltezo) for my Crohn's disease. It's been working wonders in reducing inflammation, but I've been reading about some serious side effects. Has anyone had any severe side effects from this drug? I'm particularly worried about the allergic reactions and infections mentioned in the warnings. I'd love to hear from anyone who has been through this and can offer some insights or advice.

Anyone else experience weird tingling sensations? It was really annoying, but it went away after a couple of weeks.

Felt like I had the flu for the first few weeks. Fever, chills, the works. But it went away after a month. Absolutely worth it, though, my PSA is much better.

I had a mild allergic reaction after my first injection—just a bit of itching and redness at the injection site. My doctor prescribed an antihistamine to help, and it’s been fine since. Keep your doctor in the loop, and you’ll be fine.

I've been on Cyltezo for about a year now, and while it's helped a lot with my RA, I did experience some pretty nasty side effects initially. I had a really bad flare-up of lupus, and I got to tell you, I was a mess. But my doctor caught it early. They really need to stress the importance of symptom recognition.

I’ve been on it for a few months now, and the only side effects I’ve had are some mild stomach pain and a slight headache. Nothing too bad, and the benefits have been huge for my Crohn's. Just keep an eye on those urgent symptoms, and you’ll be fine.

If you're worried about infections, make sure to keep an eye on any cuts or wounds. I had a small cut on my finger that wouldn't heal. I got a UTI from it. Had to go to the ER to get antibiotics.. My doctor told me it can make the body more susceptible to infections. Make sure you are very proactive with any issues.

I’ve heard some people get really bad headaches and vision issues. Anyone else experienced that?

I started taking Cyltezo a few months back for my psorasis. It's been a game-changer, but I did notice some shortness of breath initially. My doctor told me it was just my body adjusting to the new medicine, and it has not happened again. It's important to monitor your symptoms closely, especially in the beginning.
