I've been on Atazanavir 200mg Capsules for a few months now, and while it's been helpful in managing my HIV infection, I've been quite concerned about the potential side effects. I know some people have had serious issues, but I haven't seen much discussion about it. I've been worried about things like liver problems, kidney issues, and even severe skin reactions. Has anyone else experienced any of these, or have any tips for managing the side effects? Also, does anyone know if there are any long-term studies on the drug's safety? This would give me peace of mind.

I think the key is to stay really in tune with your body and communicate well with your doctor. Regular blood tests and check-ups can help catch any issues early. It's also a good idea to keep a log of any side effects you experience, no matter how small.

I'm curious about the liver issues. I have a history of hepatitis C, and my doctor was hesitant to prescribe Atazanavir because of the potential for worsening liver problems. Has anyone with a similar history had any issues with this drug?

I've been on Atazanavir for a while and haven't had any major issues. The biggest problem for me has been some muscle pain and joint pain. It's not too bad, but it can be annoying. My doctor said it's common and usually manageable with over-the-counter pain relievers.

I'm glad Atazanavir has been working well for me! I just make sure to take it with a big meal to avoid any stomach issues. The drug is pretty strong, if you need any help, just ask. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.

I haven't had any issues with Atazanavir, but I've heard horror stories about the severe skin reactions. I've had to be super careful about monitoring any changes in my skin. You know, if you notice anything unusual, it's best to talk to your doctor. Better safe than sorry.

Don't ignore any symptoms you think might be related to the medication, get it checked out ASAP. I wish I'd listened to the signs my body was giving me sooner.
