I've been prescribed Baclofen 25mg/5ml Oral Susp 120ml for muscle stiffness caused by my MS. I'm aware of the common side effects like dizziness and fatigue, but I'm curious about the more serious side effects. Has anyone had any severe reactions or know someone who has? What should I be particularly on the lookout for? I want to be prepared but also not get too worried. Also, does anyone have tips for managing the more mild side effects?

I've had some mild hallucinations, but my doctor assured me it was just a side effect. I had to stop taking it, but it went away pretty quickly after that. I would just make sure to monitor your reactions closely and report anything strange to your doctor.

Something I've noticed is that the dizziness can be pretty intense if you're not careful. I usually stand up slowly and make sure I'm not doing anything that requires quick movements. It's a pain, but it helps. It's good to know which side effects are what!

I didn't know hallucinations were a side effect. That's scary stuff. Though I guess if you're on a muscle relaxant, how bad your hallucinations could be.

Be careful with it, I know someone who had to go to the hospital after taking it. They experienced severe breathing difficulties and had to be monitored overnight. It's rare, but it can happen. One thing that worked for me is taking it with food, it helped with the upset stomach.
