I've been prescribed Combigan eye drops to manage glaucoma and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. The doctor assured me they're rare but I've been reading the list and it's a bit scary. Has anyone else had bad experiences with this medication? I'm particularly worried about the heart problems and allergic reactions. How common are these really? I want to be prepared but I also don't want to be a hypochondriac. Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for sharing.

I think the most important thing is to use the drops exactly as prescribed. I had a friend who was doing it wrong and ended up with some issues but he switched his habits and was fine.

I've been on Combigan for a year now and haven't had any issues. I did have some initial eye irritation, but it went away after a few days. I think the risk of side effects is worth it to save my vision.

I haven’t had any issues, but I do worry about the long-term effects. I’ve had to use it for a long time. Fingers crossed that things stay good.

Just wanted to add that the itching and burning go away after a while for most people. It’s annoying but you get used to it.

I had hives break out on my face after using Combigan. It was terrifying. My doctor switched me to a different medication. If you start to feel weird, go to a doctor immediately.
