Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Dialyvite Tablets?
I was recently prescribed Dialyvite Tablets to help with my kidney disease and dialysis treatment. I've been taking them for about a week now, and while I haven't experienced any severe side effects yet, I'm a bit concerned about the potential reactions listed in the leaflet. Has anyone else had any issues with these tablets? I'm particularly worried about the allergic reactions mentioned. Also, how long does it typically take for any side effects to appear? I had a bad taste in my mouth for days after taking them. I couldn't handle it anymore and I stopped taking them. My doctor switched me to something else. Definitely speak to your doctor about this. I don’t want you to go through the same thing.
I prefer the liquid form of B vitamins. Easier on the stomach, and no bad taste. Maybe that's an option for you?
I had some gas and upset stomach initially, but it went away after a few weeks. Stick with it, but if it gets worse, definitely talk to your doctor.
I switched to a different brand of B vitamins because the taste from Dialyvite was unbearable. It was like a metallic taste that lingered all day.
I started getting swollen lips and difficulty breathing. I didn't realize it was from the Dialyvite until my doctor figured it out. Be careful and listen to your body!
