I've been prescribed Faslodex for my breast cancer treatment, and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. The list is quite long, and some of the urgent side effects sound really scary. Has anyone here gone through this treatment and experienced any of the severe side effects? I'm particularly concerned about allergic reactions and infections. How did you manage them? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I had a bad reaction to the injection site, lots of pain and tingling. The doctor moved the injection area, and now it's much better. I hope since it's targeted to the injection site, I will not get any serious side effects

I would not do this again, if I had to. And I did have to. I hope you have better luck than me.

I had a really bad allergic reaction to it. My face and throat swelled up, and I had trouble breathing. I had to go to the ER. I would recommend anyone who has a lot of side effects to quickly get to a hospital, so they can get the right treatment and doc can determine if it's worth it for you.

Side effects can vary greatly from person to person. Just be aware of the symptoms and keep an open line of communication with your healthcare provider.
