I've been taking Fenofibrate 120mg Tablets for a few months now to help manage my triglyceride levels and boost my HDL cholesterol. So far, I've had some mild side effects like headaches, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar? I've also read about severe side effects like pancreatitis and blood clots, which is a bit scary. How common are these serious issues? Has anyone had any severe reactions or know someone who has? I'm also curious about the long-term effects of taking this medication. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I've heard that Fenofibrate can also cause your skin to become more sensitive to sunlight. So if you're going to be out in the sun, make sure to wear sunscreen and protective clothing. I didn't but my pharmacist did tell me and I noticed a little bit.

I've been taking Fenofibrate for a few years now and I've only had mild side effects. I've had all the potential severe side effects explained to me by my doctor and I keep an eye out for them, but so far so good! If you are experiencing any negative effects you should contact your physician as soon as possible.

Anyone had trouble with getting Fenofibrate covered by insurance? My insurance doesn’t cover it and I'm unsure what the best course of action is.

I can only imagine what the allergic reactions would be like, that would be terrifying. I always have to check if my pills are possibly expired.
