Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Heparin Lock Flush 10u/ml Inj, 5ml?
I've been using Heparin Lock Flush to keep my IV line from clotting, but I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. The list of urgent side effects is quite long and scary. Has anyone else had any issues with this medication? I want to make sure I'm prepared in case something goes wrong. I am also looking for other patients who have a positive experience with this.

I had a bit of a skin reaction at the injection site but it was minor and temporary.
I had some bruising that seemed to get worse over time. I had to stop using it and switch to something else.
I work in a hospital and have seen a few cases of severe bleeding. It's rare, but it happens. Always good to be cautious.
Why is it always the rare side effects that mess you up the most? Just saying.
My nurse said it's really uncommon to have serious side effects, but you should always be aware. If something feels off, get it checked out.
I wish they'd tell you more about what to expect. It's all just scary warnings.
I had some weird burning sensations on my feet. Never had that before and it was pretty freaky.

I've never had any side effects, but I know someone who did. They had to be hospitalized for internal bleeding.
