Jolessa Tablets 91s is a popular extended-cycle birth control pill that contains two hormones, estrogen (ethinyl estradiol) and progestin (levonorgestrel). It works by preventing ovulation and changing the cervical mucus and uterine lining to prevent pregnancy. However, the list of possible side effects is extensive and can be quite concerning. I've heard that many women have mild side effects, but I'm more worried about the severe and potentially life-threatening symptoms. Has anyone had experience with this and what were your experiences. I need to decide soon but I just want to make sure I'm making the right choice. I'm wondering if anyone has had better luck with this pill than with others. Also, I'm curious about the frequency of these side effects and how quickly they resolve. I've been considering Yolessa as an alternative, but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice or experiences to share. #briteles @birthcontrol @healthcare

I swear by Jolessa. I've had no issues with it at all. I think every pill comes with its own risk, but Jolessa has been great for me and I've not had the prescribed amount of periods. I'm really happy with it.

I was on Jolessa for a few months and had some really bad stomach cramps. I couldn't handle it and switched to a different pill. it turns out that I had a medical condition called Endometriosis. I've had the Mirena IUD for over 10 years now and I'm doing just fine. Be careful but if you can get through the first month, it may just be fine.

I was on Jolessa and I had some serious mood issues. I found out that it was causing depression and I had to switch. Be careful with it, because again, everyone is different and you may not react to it like me. Be prepared for it to take some time for your body to adjust. But if that's what you need, then more power to you.

I had a friend who was on Jolessa and she gained a ton of weight and complained she was on it for eight months. She was switched to the Pill and she is growing gaunt because of it. Morgellons Disease. Just be careful, because everyone reacts differently to birth control.

I had to stop taking it after a few weeks because I kept getting migraines. They were so bad I had to go to the ER. I'm still having to go to the doctor to find out if this was caused by Jolessa or something else.

I've been on Jolessa for a year now and have experienced no severe side effects. I've had mild weight gain and some mood swings, but nothing that's too bothersome. I would recommend at least giving it a try if you are comfortable with the risk.

I was on Jolessa and I was on it for five months. I never experienced any side effects. I was getting sick every time I switched to the lower dose pills. I switched after that and I have never gone back. I switched to something else and I felt better. I just couldn't do it and I have an IUD now. It's pretty bad, but it's worth it.

I was on this for a bit and was constantly exhausted. I switched to a different pill and felt way better. I think it's best to just try out a couple and see which one works for you.
