I had to stop taking Levoflox after just a few days because I started experiencing severe allergic reactions. It was scary, it was a rash that covered my whole body. I also had difficulty breathing and had to rush to the ER. After that, my doctor switched me to a different antibiotic. Be careful, folks.
I had a bad reaction to Levoflox and it turned out to be Stevens-Johnson syndrome. I had sores in the mouth and throat, and my skin was blistered and peeling. It was awful.
I’ve read that Levofloxacin can cause a prolonged QT interval, which is basically an abnormal heartbeat. It’s something to be very careful about, especially if you have any heart conditions.
