I recently started taking Methotrexate 25mg/ml Pf Single Use for severe rheumatoid arthritis. I've heard about various side effects, especially the urgent ones. I am worried. Has anyone had any severe reactions?

I've had bad side effects like bleeding and unusual bruising, like blood in the urine. my doctor said I have to go to the ER, but it turned out to be nothing. I don't know if it was serious or not. I hope it's nothing to worry about.

I got severe stomach pain and nausea after taking Methotrexate. My doctor thought it was pancreatitis. I had to go to the ER, I was a bit scared. It was not actually pancreatitis, but I was really scared.

I've been on Methotrexate for about a year for psoriasis. I've had some mild side effects like nausea but nothing too bad. I had a bad anemia once and had to see my doctor. I'm not taking it anymore. Please do not be alarmed. Some people get major complications. I think you should speak to your doctor about it.

I've heard that some people experience significant nerve problems. My doctor said an MRI can show this. I’ve checked with my doctor every time, but I have no idea what I'm doing I'm scared.

I've read that kidney problems can be a side effect of methotrexate. How do you track this? I’m scared I’m not getting enough information from the doctors.

Methotrexate can cause some serious liver problems. I've had elevated liver enzymes, but nothing too severe. I'm taking it for rheumatoid arthritis. I had to see the doctor every other day for a while, but it was not a problem for me. Have you checked your liver enzymes?

You should be careful about infections while on Methotrexate. I got a nasty urinary tract infection that took a while to clear up. It’s a brutal experience. The problem is that Methotrexate suppresses the immune system, which increases the risk of infection. A friend of mine had to go to the ER with a fever and chills.
