Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Montelukast 10mg Tablets?
I've been taking Montelukast 10mg Tablets for a few months now to manage my asthma and allergies. It's been great for preventing symptoms, but I've been reading about some serious side effects. Just want to ask - does anyone know if the side effects get worse over time or do they usually show up right away? I've been taking it for a bit and haven't had any issues, fingers crossed!
I had some really weird side effects like burning and tingling sensations in my hands and feet, but my doctor said it's pretty rare. I've been on it for a while now and it's been stable but still gets me thinking of what dangers there could be. I wouldn't discount it completely until you consult a medical professional.
I started taking Montelukast and got a really bad rash. I stopped taking it and the rash went away. I didn't get any other side effects but I was really scared. I suggest talking to your doctor about it and you might need to stop taking it and see if the rash goes away.
