I switched to a topical NSAID for my arthritis pain. It's gentler on the stomach and seems to work just as well for me.
I've had no issues with Naproxen, but I've also had no issues with Advil. But it's good to be aware of the risks, just in case.
I've been on it for years and never had any issues. I do take it with food and make sure not to exceed the recommended dose.
Be careful with NSAIDs—they can be tough on your stomach. Make sure to take it with food and maybe talk to your doctor about a proton pump inhibitor to protect your stomach lining.
