I've been taking Naproxen Sodium 550mg Tablets for my arthritis, and it's been helping with the pain and inflammation. I've been on Naproxen for a while and haven't had any severe side effects, but I did notice some mild stomach upset. I just take it with food and it's fine. Definitely talk to your doctor though, they can help you figure out the best course of action.
