Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Phentermine 37.5mg Tablets?
I was prescribed Phentermine 37.5mg Tablets for short-term weight loss. I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences, especially regarding side effects. The possible side effects list is extensive, but I'm interested in hearing about real-life experiences.
I started taking it a few weeks ago, and so far, I've noticed some dizziness and trouble sleeping, but nothing too severe. I wanted to know if anyone else has had similar experiences and if they persisted. Additionally, I’d like to know if anyone has experienced any of the rare but serious side effects listed, such as heart valve problems or increased pressure in the lungs. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I've been on it for a month and I've lost 15 pounds, but I feel so anxious all the time. Is this normal? Should I talk to my doctor about it?
I think Phentermine is overprescribed. People should try lifestyle changes first. But everyone's different, so I guess it depends on your situation.
I had to stop taking it because of severe headaches. It was too much to handle, so definitely talk to your doctor if you experience anything like that.
I didn't have any serious side effects, but I did feel a bit jittery at times. It worked well for me, but I made sure to follow the diet and exercise plan my doctor prescribed.
I read somewhere that Phentermine can cause long-term damage to your heart. Is this true? Anyone know more about it?
I had no idea it could cause heart valve problems. That's scary stuff. I'm sticking to natural methods from now on.
I took Phentermine for a few months and had some trouble sleeping and a bit of restlessness, but it wasn't too bad. Just make sure to take it in the morning so it doesn't affect your sleep.
I had a bad reaction to it and ended up in the ER with chest pain. They did a heart test and It turned out to be just the medication. It was scary, so definitely be cautious and listen to your body.
I had some weird mood swings when I was on it. It was like a roller coaster. And I lost 20 pounds and it was hard to gain appetite back after stopping the medication
I've taken it for a while and haven't had any issues. Just make sure to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. And yes, the diet and exercise part is crucial.
