I was recently administered Phenylephrine 10mg/ml Inj, 5ml during a surgical procedure to raise my blood pressure. I had a similar experience with Phenylephrine. After my surgery, I felt dizzy and restless. It was tough to sleep that night. My doctor reassured me these are common side effects. Just make sure to stay hydrated and rest as much as you can. Also take some over the counter pain relievers, they helped a lot.

I had some blurred vision and my blood pressure was all over the place. My doc said it's normal, and it went away in a few hours, but it was definitely scary while it lasted. Also, my stomach was sore for a few days.
