I was recently prescribed Prinivil 10mg Tablets to manage my high blood pressure and am a bit nervous about the potential side effects. The medication is supposed to help my blood flow and lower my blood pressure, but I've read that there are some serious side effects to be aware of. I'm particularly worried about the risk of kidney problems and allergic reactions. I'd love to hear from anyone who has taken this medication and what their experiences were like. Did you have any side effects, and if so, how did you deal with them? Any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have heard about the kidney problems and high potassium levels. It's scary, but as long as you monitor your symptoms and keep in touch with your doctor, you should be fine. Good luck!

I take Prinivil and the only side effect I get is a slight dizziness. It's not too bad, and my blood pressure is under control. That's a win in my book! Stick with it and talk to your doctor if you need to.

I've heard that some people get a cough from Prinivil. It's weird because it's not an allergy or a cold. Maybe worth asking your doctor about that?

I had to stop taking Lisinopril because it gave me severe nausea and vomiting. It was miserable, but luckily there are other options out there. Don't be afraid to ask your doctor to switch things up if you're not feeling good.

I've been on Lisinopril for a few months and haven't had any side effects. Knock on wood! But I keep a close eye on my blood pressure and urine output just to be safe.

I had a friend who took Lisinopril and ended up in the ER with severe stomach pain. Turns out it was a bad reaction to the meds. Not trying to scare you, but just be cautious and listen to your body. If something feels off, get it checked out.

I had a weird rash and itching that turned out to be an allergic reaction. It was a bit scary, but my doctor switched me to a different med and I'm doing great now. So, definitely talk to your doctor if something doesn't feel right.

I've been on Lisinopril for a few years now, and it's been a lifesaver for my blood pressure. I did have a persistent cough for a while, but my doctor said that's a common side effect. It went away after a few months. Just keep an eye on your symptoms and talk to your doctor regularly.

The persistent cough is a bummer, but it's a known side effect. My doctor said it’s not harmful, just annoying. If it bothers you too much, there are other meds you can try.

I've heard the bad stuff about kidney problems, but honestly, it's rare. I wouldn't let it scare you off. Talk to your doctor and get regular checkups. You'll be fine!
