I've been considering Propecia to deal with my receding hairline, but I'm really worried about the side effects. I keep seeing horror stories online about erectile dysfunction and even breast growth! I've read the pamphlet and the FDA warnings, but I'd love to hear some real-life experiences. Has anyone here tried Propecia and had serious side effects? If so, how long did they last and were they worth it for the hair regrowth? Also, how common are these side effects really? I'm really on the fence about this.

I've been on it for years with no issues. My hairline is back, and I'm good to go. Everyone is different, so you just gotta roll the dice.

I had some weird sexual side effects but they went away after a few months. My hair is growing back thick and fast! But I had to deal with the side effects for a while, so it's a personal choice if you can handle that.

I've been on it for a year and I'm happy with the results, but I have noticed some decreased libido. It's not a huge deal for me, so I'm sticking with it. But it's something to consider.

I had some weird side effects but they went away after a few weeks. And my hair is growing back. I think it's worth it, but everyone's different. And I'm not getting any younger! LOL

Dude, I had gynecomastia from Propecia. It was horrible. I had to get surgery to fix it. Not worth it for me.

Sorry to hear about your struggles guys. I had a friend who used this and had a really bad reaction. If you notice anything weird, definitely talk to a doc. Better safe than sorry.

I had some issues with libido and erectile dysfunction, but they went away after I stopped taking it. I wasn't getting the hair results I wanted anyway, so it was an easy decision to quit. Definitely talk to your doctor.
