I've been prescribed Pulmicort 0.25mg/2ml Respules for my asthma, and while it seems to help with my symptoms, I can't shake off the worry about the severe side effects listed. I've heard a few horror stories from friends, and it's got me pretty freaked out. Has anyone had any serious issues or has this medication been smooth sailing for you? I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this medication. I know that I shouldn't stop the treatment without talking to my doctor, but I would like to know about others' experiences. I would greatly appreciate any insights you could provide.

I've had some issues with weight gain and mood swings, but my doctor said it's because I was taking too high of a dose. after we changed the dosage, everything went back to normal. It was scary, but it wasn't anything that a change in dosage couldn't fix. When it comes to medicine, it is important to do what the doctor says and to not deviate from it. If you are taking medicine, you need to take it as prescribed.

I've been on Pulmicort for years and haven't had any major issues. Just the occasional sore throat, but nothing major. Don't let the side effects scare you, but definitely keep an eye out for them. Side effects can be serious but of course, they are rare. Always remember to double-check with your doctor.

I stopped using it because I was worried about the long-term effects. But I wish I could have found something else that works as well. Budesonide can have some serious issues. Whenever I got a bad cold, it would make my asthma flare up. I'm sorry that you are having a hard time!

I had a bad reaction to it. My voice started to become hoarse and my throat felt super itchy. I stopped using it and switched to something else. Hope you find something that works for you. The most important thing is to stay safe and healthy. Do not hesitate to change your treatment if necessary.

I had to stop because it messed with my adrenal glands. Be careful and listen to your body. If something feels off, it probably is. If your doctor is not listening, find someone else.

I'm on a higher dose and haven't had any issues. I think it's all about finding the right dose for you. It is understandable that you are afraid you will have side effects, but you should not be too nervous. If you are having side effects, you should contact your doctor.

I've never had any problems with it. I've just made sure to use it exactly as prescribed and it works well for me. It is a good thing to keep your doctor informed about what you are doing. They are there to help you with whatever you need.

I had a friend who had some really bad reactions to it, so I’ve been hesitant to try it. I think it’s good that you’re asking around before committing to it. I think it is the better idea to consult with your doctor. They should be able to provide you with some information about your condition and alternatives to Budesonide.

I've only used it a few times, but I've noticed some minor side effects. Nothing that's too concerning so far, though. It is understandable to be concerned, taking any medication is a scary thing to do. Make sure to get in contact with your doctor and tell them how you feel. They are there to help you.

I've only had minor side effects like a cough and some throat irritation, nothing too severe. But that was when I first started. I haven't experienced any of those since. I hope you don't have to deal with any side effects at all. If you do, maybe go to a different doctor. If they dont listen to you, find someone else who will.
