I was prescribed Reglan 5mg/ml Inj for nausea and vomiting, but I'm worried about the potential side effects. The medication helps food move through the stomach more quickly, which can relieve symptoms like bloating and fullness. However, the list of possible side effects is quite alarming. Has anyone else had to deal with this? I'd love to hear about your experiences, good or bad. If you've experienced any of the severe side effects like Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome or Serotonin Syndrome, please share your story. How did you handle it, and what advice would you give to someone just starting out on this medication? I'm really curious to know if the benefits outweigh the risks for most people.

I had a friend who took Reglan and experienced some really bad muscle spasms. It was so severe and she had to go to the hospital. She'll never take it again and has warned everyone she knows to be careful. I'd proceed with extreme caution if it were me.

I didn't know about the Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS) until I read this post. That's incredibly scary. I’ve only experienced some drowsiness and headaches, but now I’m glad I’m not on a higher dose. How many milliliters are you taking, and for how long have you been on it?

I had a bout of Reglan-induced dizziness. It was a hot and cold feeling that made me question if I could even walk. Let me tell you, that was a scary feeling. I never want to feel that again and I’ll pass a warning to those that come in contact with me.

Make sure to stay in regular contact with your healthcare provider. If you feel any of the severe side effects listed, go to the ER immediately. It's better to be safe than sorry. I’ve seen people suffer a lot because they waited too long to seek help.
