I was recently prescribed Roszet 40-10mg Tablets for high cholesterol. I started taking the medication a week ago, and while I understand it can help reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, I'm curious about the side effects. The possible side effects listed are concerning, especially the mention of muscle-related problems and liver issues. Has anyone else experienced these or other severe side effects? I want to make sure I'm not alone in feeling this way and to hear some personal experiences or advice from others who have taken this medication. Also, are there any tips or strategies you can recommend to mitigate these risks or side effects? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I've been on Roszet for about 2 months and I am experiencing fatigue and slight headaches. Should I be concerned?

I've been on Roszet for a few months. I had some mild constipation, but it went away after a few weeks. It's worth it for the benefits it provides.

I’ve been on Roszet for two years and initially experienced some joint pain. However, adding a fish oil supplement helped a lot. I've had to watch my diet closely to avoid any potential gastric issues, but overall, it's been manageable.

I was on Roszet for about 6 months and had some muscle soreness, but it wasn't terrible. I actually felt better overall with my cholesterol levels lowering and my overall cardiovascular health improving. I did have to take breaks between cycles to let my muscle recover, but it was pretty manageable.

I'm on my third month of Roszet, and so far, so good. I had an allergic reaction to a different statin, so my doctor and I were cautious. I’ve been taking it alongside a multivitamin, and it’s worked well for me. Just want to remind everyone that liver function tests and kidney function tests should be done regularly if you take Roszet.

I was on Roszet and started to notice some severe muscle pain. It was frightening, but my doctor caught it in time to avoid any serious issues. My liver function was normal, but the muscle pain was a clear sign that it wasn't right for me. We switched to a different medication, and I've been doing much better since then. My cholesterol is under control.

I'm 68 and have been on Roszet for over a year. I've experienced no major side effects, but I did have a mild allergic reaction about three months into treatment. I discussed this with my doctor, and we decided to continue the medication but monitor my liver function. I have a friend who had severe muscle issues but stopped the medication and switched to a different cholesterol-lowering drug without complications.
