Has anyone experienced severe side effects from taking Digoxin 0.125mg Tablets?

My doctor assured me that it's a common and effective medication, but the list of potential side effects is quite alarming. I actually had a pretty good experience with it. Some stomach pain and occasional headaches, but nothing unbearable. Gotta say though, it really helps my heart rate. It's brutal but effective.
