Has anyone experienced severe side effects from taking Multivitamin Tablets?
I've been taking multivitamin tablets for a few months now, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced any severe side effects. I've read the list of possible side effects, but I'm curious about real-life experiences. Have any of you had allergic reactions or more serious issues? How did you handle them? I'm also interested in hearing about any tips for minimizing side effects like upset stomach or nausea. Thanks!

To all the haters, please watch the documentary about multivitamins. Most of them are just placebos anyway.
I’ve been taking multivitamins for years and never had any issues. Might just be your brand.
I used to take them but then my diet improved and I didn’t need them anymore. Just eat right!
My doctor always says to take them with a meal to avoid any stomach issues. Works like a charm!
I get an upset stomach sometimes but taking it with food helps a lot.
Multivitamins can be great, but if you’re getting them with a lot of iron and you’re not anemic, watch out for possible iron overload.
