I've been researching the Recombivax HB vaccine, and while I understand it's crucial for protecting against Hepatitis B, I'm feeling a bit anxious about the potential side effects. The list of possible side effects is quite long, and I'm wondering if anyone has experienced any of the severe ones. Are they rare, as the description suggests, or more common than expected? I've heard that the injection site can hurt quite a bit, and I'm also curious about how often other symptoms like dizziness and fatigue occur. I'm considering this vaccination for my son and would like to be well informed. If anyone has gone through this and can share their experience, it would be very helpful.

I actually had a friend who experienced some abnormal sensations after getting the vaccine. They felt a bit of tingling in their arms and legs, but it went away after a few days. Definitely not as bad as some of the other potential side effects. It's important to weigh the risks and benefits.

If you're really worried, ask your doctor about the timing. Some people space out the doses to monitor for reactions. Also, keep in mind that the vaccine can be given to newborns, and they seem to handle it just fine. If babies can take it, adults should be able to as well.

It's always a good idea to talk to your doctor. The rare side effects are serious, but the vaccine is crucial for avoiding a much more serious infection.

I had the Recombivax HB vaccine as a kid and didn't have any side effects at all. I think the benefits far outweigh any potential risks, I just wish they could find alternatives to injections

I was really nervous about the side effects too. My doctor assured me that the severe ones are extremely rare. I ended up getting the vaccine and only had a mild headache afterwards. It's definitely worth it for the protection it offers.

When I got the vaccine, the injection site was really sore for about a week. I also had a low-grade fever for a couple of days, but overall, it was manageable. The nurse told me to take some over-the-counter pain relievers and rest. It's definitely something to consider, but I think the protection is worth it.

I work in a healthcare setting and have seen a few cases of people reacting severely, but they were very few and far between. The majority of people I've seen get the vaccine had no issues at all. We monitor everyone closely after they get the shot, just in case, but usually there's no problem.

I had some dizziness after the shot, but it lasted only a few hours and I want more information on the mild fever. Was it really bad?
