I've been prescribed Tiadylt ER 300mg Capsules (24hr) to help manage my blood pressure and prevent chest pain (angina). I understand it's a long-acting capsule, so I usually take it once a day. However, I'm a bit concerned about the possible side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. Specifically, I'd like to know if anyone has dealt with severe skin reactions or liver problems, or how you handled bouts of dizziness. Also, how does it affect you when you have to take it alongside other medications? Any tips on managing any of the side effects would be great.

Here's a quick tip: avoid strenuous activities for the first few weeks. Went rock climbing and ended up with a nasty headache.

This medication is a lifesaver for me. I have a history of heart failure, and this has helped me manage my condition much better. It's crucial to monitor your blood pressure and heartbeat while on it, though. Make sure to go for regular checkups.

I had a really bad experience with it. I developed a rash and started feeling like I couldn't catch my breath after a couple of weeks. Went to the hospital and found out it was an allergic reaction. I had to switch medications immediately. If you feel anything unusual, go to the ER right away.

What kind of diet did your doctor recommend you to follow? I'm worried about the side effects and how they can only get worse with poor diet.

Watch out for dark urine or yellow eyes! Those are signs of liver problems. I've had to stop my prescription for this exact reason.

Has anyone else seen a decrease in their heart rate? Mine went from 85 to 60. feels strange but I guess it's okay because i feel better. My Dr. checked my blood pressure and said it was great and to keep taking the meds.
