I've been prescribed Trazimera 420mg Inj, 1 Vial for my breast cancer treatment, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about the potential side effects. The drug targets and blocks the HER2 protein on cancer cells, which sounds great, but the list of possible side effects is quite long. I've been lucky not to experience any as of yet, but I'm seeing a lot of mixed reviews online. Has anyone else gone through this treatment? I'm especially curious about the urgent side effects like allergic reactions, infections, and tumor lysis syndrome. How common are these, and what should I really be keeping an eye out for? I know every body responds differently, but I'd love to hear any advice or personal experiences from people who've been through this. Thanks in advance!

If you experience any immediate side effects contact your doctor without thinking twice. I had a serious reaction when I first started, but my doctor got me the right treatment I needed. It all worked out but it was scary.

I'm currently going through this treatment too. I experienced a bit of weight loss and trouble sleeping, but nothing too severe. My doctor said it's important to maintain a balanced diet and get plenty of rest. I also try to exercise lightly when I can, which helps with the fatigue. I feel like the mental health side effects have been the worst. I had to take a bit of Matriptase Plus for the nausea and upset stomach. I'm staying strong and hanging in there. It has been a tough road though. My best advice is to focus on your healing.

This drug is no joke. I've had issues with high blood pressure and rapid heartbeat. Make sure to monitor your vitals closely—better safe than sorry; side effects are serious business. I had to go to the hospital once and it was scary.

Be careful with the fever and chills—I had a nasty infection a few months back, but caught it early and got treated. I wish more people talked about this.

I had a rough time with the flu-like symptoms and mouth sores, but my doctor helped manage them. Stay hydrated and listen to your body!
