I've been taking Tylenol 500mg E/s (acetaminophen) for a while now to manage some chronic pain, and I've started noticing some unusual symptoms. I wanted to hear from others who might have experienced similar issues. The side effects listed on the package are concerning, and I'm wondering if anyone has had to deal with them and if there's any advice for managing them. Also, what steps should I take if I think I'm experiencing something serious? I'm a bit worried because it's hard to tell sometimes when you should seek medical help.

I had some burning skin and a rash after taking Tylenol, and went to the ER. Turns out it was an allergic reaction. I feel lucky I got help, because I know some allergic reactions can be really dangerous.

I've had trouble sleeping and headaches after taking Tylenol, but I figured it was just part of the deal. It's good to know there are others out there who have experienced side effects too.

I noticed that Tylenol can make you drowsy. I took it before a long road trip, thinking it would help with my headache, and ended up pulling over to sleep. Be careful with it, folks.

I've taken Tylenol for years and never had any issues, but everyone's different. If you're experiencing something unusual, it's always better to be safe and consult a doctor.

If you think you're having a reaction, don't sleep on it. I had a friend who ignored some symptoms and ended up in the hospital with a bad liver reaction.
