I've been using Aristocort R 0.1% Cream for the past few weeks to manage my eczema, and while it has helped with the redness and itching, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects. The list of possible side effects is quite long, and some of them are quite serious. I've read about signs of an allergic reaction, high blood sugar, and even Cushing's syndrome. Has anyone else used this cream and experienced any of these severe side effects? I'd love to hear about your experiences and any tips you might have for minimizing side effects. Also, are there any good alternatives to Aristocort that might be less risky?

I had a friend who used this and ended up with some strange skin changes. She had to stop using it.

I had a severe reaction to this cream. It caused a rash all over my body and I had to go to the ER. Not worth the risk for me.

I think it's important to talk to your doctor about any concerns. They can help you monitor for side effects and adjust your treatment if needed.

I'm surprised more people aren't talking about this. It seems like a lot of people are experiencing side effects.

I've been using it for a month now and haven't noticed any severe side effects. Just a bit of dryness, but that's it.

I've used it for years and never had any issues. Maybe it's just luck? Everyone's skin is different, I guess.
