I've been using Mometasone 0.1% Topical Solution for a few weeks now to treat my eczema, and while it has helped with the itching and redness, I've been worried about the potential side effects. The list of possible side effects is quite long and somewhat scary. Has anyone else had any bad experiences with this medication? I'm particularly concerned about the signs of an allergic reaction and the possibility of Cushing's syndrome. I want to be prepared and know what to look out for. Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I've seen a lot of people complain about the thinning of the skin. Definitely something to keep an eye on.

I've been using it for a year and haven't had any major side effects. Just a little bit of stinging at first, which went away.

I've heard that long-term use can lead to skin thinning. Just a heads-up!

My dermatologist said it's generally safe if used as directed. Just don't overuse it.

I've used it for psoriasis and haven't had any issues. Just make sure to apply a thin layer as prescribed.

I've switched to a different topical solution because of the worries about side effects. Might be worth trying something else if you're unsure.

I had a bad reaction to it—got hives and swelling. Had to stop using it immediately. Be careful and watch out for any signs of an allergic reaction.
