I've been prescribed Triamcinolone 0.025% Cream for my eczema, and while it seems to be helping, I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. I've read that there are some pretty severe ones like allergic reactions and high blood sugar. Has anyone else had any issues with this cream? I'd love to hear your experiences and any tips you might have for managing side effects or avoiding them altogether.

Use this cream sparingly! I made the mistake of overusing and ended up with stretch marks. Not fun.

I've been using it for months and haven't had any major issues. Just some dryness, but that's manageable. Definitely follow the instructions carefully.

I had a friend who had a severe reaction to this cream. They broke out in hives and had trouble breathing. Scary stuff. If you notice anything like that, go to the ER immediately.

The burning and itching were horrible at first, but it went away after a couple of days. Stick with it, and if it gets really bad, talk to your doctor.

I switched to a different cream because I was worried about the side effects. Might be better to try something else if you're feeling unsure. It's worth talking to your doctor about.

I think the cream is great but the potential side effects are a bit worrying. I'm going to keep an eye out for any signs of high blood sugar and weakness.

Has anyone else noticed thinning of the skin? I started using this cream and it seems like my skin is getting thinner. Do I need to head to the doc?
