I've been prescribed Sunitinib 37.5mg Capsules for my kidney cancer treatment and I've come across a long list of possible side effects. I get my mom Sunitinib and it really helped with her tumor. I think it was worth the side effects because she was able to get better. It was scary at first, but it really helped her.
My mom was on Sunitinib for her GIST. She had some hair loss and skin discoloration, but nothing too severe. She actually wanted to get that haircut anyway but she also had a rash at one point. Also, she needed to have a lot of blood tests and urinalysis while taking it.
