I was recently prescribed Vyloy 100mg Inj, 1 Vial for my stomach cancer treatment. I’m a bit nervous about the potential side effects. The nurse mentioned that it can cause some serious reactions like allergic responses, bleeding, and trouble with blood sugar levels. I’m trying to wrap my head around this and wanted to see if anyone else has gone through this and can share their experiences. What sort of support do you need? What happens during the infusion?

I’ve been on Vyloy for a few months now. The infusion process itself is pretty intense, but the staff at the clinic are really good about monitoring me. I did have some pretty bad nausea and vomiting, so they gave me some meds to manage that. It’s definitely manageable with the right support.

I had a lot of diarrhea at first, but it got better after a few weeks. Just make sure to stay hydrated and talk to your doctor if it gets really bad.

I've been on Vyloy for a while now, and while it's tough, I've managed to keep going. The biggest challenge for me has been the fatigue. It's important to listen to your body and take breaks when you need them. I've been able to keep working part-time while going through treatment.

I've noticed some fatigue and general weakness, but nothing too bad. I make sure to have plenty of rest and eat well. It's a tough treatment, but it's worth it to fight the cancer.

I just started this treatment and I’m really scared. I hope it works, but I’m also terrified of the side effects. Anyone have some tips for dealing with the emotional part of this?

This is a nightmare. I had a severe allergic reaction during my second infusion. It was terrifying, but the medical team handled it well. Make sure you’re in a place where they can immediately respond to any issues.

My wife is on Vyloy, and the swelling in the arms and legs has been really tough. It’s like walking around with weights attached. We’re hoping this will settle down soon. Some nights it's so bad she can barely sleep.
