I'm curious to hear from others about their experiences with Xpovio 40mg tablets. It's used to treat blood cancers like multiple myeloma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Basically, it helps kill cancer cells by blocking a protein. But I've heard that it can have some serious side effects, like allergic reactions, bleeding, and infections. Does anyone have insights on how to manage these? Hopefully, we can share some tips and support for each other.

I've had to deal with weird mood swings. One moment I'm fine, the next I'm feeling really down. It's tough on both me and my family. Does anyone have tips on how to handle these mood changes? I'm really struggling to find a balance.

Been on Xpovio for a year now. The side effects are tough, but it's keeping the cancer under control. Just take it one day at a time and don't be afraid to reach out to your support group or doctors if you need help. I know how scary it can be.

I’m actually surprised there aren't more discussions about Xpovio. It’s a pretty tough treatment. Can anyone recommend a good support group or forum for people dealing with these side effects?

I had to stop taking Xpovio after a few weeks because the side effects were just too severe. I have a weak stomach and the nausea really got to me. I switched to a different treatment and it's been a lot better for me. Good luck to everyone else out there.

These comments are making me want to cancel my appointment with the oncology doc. But then again I've already suffered from this for almost a year now. Can someone who's been through it all and successfully recovered give me some encouragement? I need all the courage I can get.

I recommend keeping a detailed log of everything you experience. My oncologist told me to note every symptom, no matter how small. It really helped in adjusting the dosage and managing side effects. Stay close to your doctor and always keep an eye on electrolyte problems and dehydration. They can sneak up on you.

I'm going through my third round of this treatment and so far, so good. Just some mild stomach problems. I've been lucky with the side effects. Fingers crossed it stays this way. I know everyone's situation is different, but it's been manageable for me.

The worst part for me has been the constant headache and nausea. I've tried every anti-nausea medication out there, but nothing seems to work. It's really impacted my quality of life. Any tips from fellow users ?
