I've been on Stalevo for about a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my symptoms. I've had some dizziness and fatigue, but nothing too major. Just be sure to take it with food to avoid stomach upset.
I've heard that Stalevo can cause or worsen depression. If you notice any changes in your mood, make sure to talk to your doctor about it. It's important to stay on top of your mental health, too.

My cousin was on Stalevo and ended up in the ER with muscle cramps and a fever. Turns out he had NMS. It was pretty scary, but he recovered OK. Just be careful if you change your dose or stop taking it suddenly.
