I've been on Fluphenazine for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my hallucinations. I had some drowsiness at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Just make sure to stay in touch with your doctor and report any side effects right away.

I found that the dry mouth and constipation were the worst for me. Chewing gum and staying hydrated helped with the dry mouth, and increasing my fiber intake helped with the constipation. Just take it easy and give your body time to adjust.
