I've been prescribed Innopran XL 120mg Capsules for my high blood pressure and angina. I'm hoping to find out if anyone else has used this medication and what their experiences have been. Specifically, I'm interested in hearing about any side effects and how to manage them. I've read about some of the potential side effects, such as dizziness, drowsiness, and fatigue, but I'm curious if there are any tips or tricks to mitigate these issues. Also, does anyone know if this medication is effective for reducing migraine headaches? The extended-release feature sounds convenient, but I want to ensure it's the right choice for me.

My experience with Innopran XL has been hit-or-miss. Some days, I feel great, but other days, the fatigue is overwhelming. I tried taking it with food and at different times of the day, but it didn't make much of a difference. Since I was also having more migraines, my doctor recommended I stop taking it and try something else. It's a bummer because it was helping my blood pressure and angina.

I'm curious if anyone has experienced any sudden weight gain or skin changes while on Innopran XL? Those are some of the side effects that really worry me.

My partner has been taking Innopran XL for years. She had some bad issues at the beginning with dizziness and numbness but time and working with her doctor helped. The most important thing to remember is to really listen to your body and keep an eye on how you are feeling. It's really important to communicate any issue with your doctor.

I've been on Innopran XL for a few months now, and while the extended-release feature is convenient, I have experienced some side effects. The dizziness was quite noticeable at first, but it subsided after a couple of weeks. I found that taking the medication with food helped reduce the upset stomach. However, the fatigue has been persistent, and it's been tough to manage. I've started taking shorter naps during the day, which seems to help. I've also noticed that my migraines have decreased in frequency, which is a huge plus. Definitely stick with it and consult your doctor if the worst side effects persist. Be patient.
