I've recently started taking Therems Multivitamin Tablets to fill in some nutritional gaps in my diet. The supplements seem fine, but I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects listed in their literature. Has anyone else had any issues? I'm particularly concerned about the stomach cramps and vomiting blood. I know these are rare, but it's still scary to think about. I've heard that multivitamins are generally safe, but I want to know if anyone has had any negative experiences. I want to make sure I'm making the right choice for my health.

I experienced something similar to what you described. After starting some iron-containing multivitamin my stomach cramped like hell, then I noticed my stool was tarry. It was terrifying, but after consulting with my doctor, he told me to stop taking the supplement for a few days. I think the issue was the iron content. Just keep an eye out for symptoms. I haven't experienced them since the incident.

I had issues with a different brand of multivitamin, but switched to Therems and haven't had any problems. I think it's worth trying them out, but just keep an eye out for any side effects. As always, stop taking them and consult your doctor if you notice anything worrying.

You can also try a different dosage. My stomach was fine when I took them in the morning, but I experienced some nausea when I took them at night. Try different timings.

I took Therems for a while and had no issues. I switched to a different brand recently and noticed a difference. Maybe try something different if you're concerned.

Multivitamins are generally safe, but it's always important to read the labels and understand the potential side effects. I think it's worth discussing any concerns with your doctor.
