I've been recently prescribed Lurasidone 80mg Tablets for bipolar depression and I'm a bit nervous. I've read about the side effects and I'm trying to remain positive, but any insight or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. I've been taking it with food as directed, but I'm still feeling pretty anxious about it. Has anyone else had any good or bad experiences with this medication? Any tips for managing the side effects?

I've been on Lurasidone for about a year now and it's been a game-changer for me. I started with the 40mg tablets and worked my way up to 80mg. I did experience some initial side effects like dizziness and drowsiness, but they subsided after a few weeks.

Definitely be aware of the risk of tardive dyskinesia. It's scary stuff. I had a mild case and it was really unsettling.

Fight the good fight! It's tough. But if it helps, it's worth it.

I had a friend who had to stop taking it because of some hormonal changes. She was experiencing menstrual irregularities and it was a bit of a shock.

Stay positive but keep an eye on any signs of high blood sugar or allergic reactions. I had a friend who experienced some severe side effects and ended up in the hospital. It's rare, but it happens.

I think it's really important to take this med exactly as prescribed. I made the mistake of skipping a dose once and it threw off my whole week.

I've been on it for a few months now and it's been a lifesaver. I had some initial issues with drooling and stiffness, but my doctor adjusted the dosage and it's been smooth sailing since. Just stick with it and communicate with your doctor regularly.
