I was prescribed Keflex 250mg for a skin infection and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. I've read about some serious ones like allergic reactions and liver problems. Has anyone had any bad experiences with this medication? I want to know what to expect and how to handle it if something goes wrong. I'm especially concerned about the rare but severe side effects like Stevens-Johnson syndrome and C. diff-associated diarrhea. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I had a bad reaction to Keflex. I developed hives and had trouble breathing. I had to go to the ER and they told me I was having an allergic reaction. I’ll definitely avoid it from now on and I would recommend anyone experiencing similar symptoms to seek medical attention immediately.

I had a friend who had a really bad case of diarrhea from Keflex. Turns out it was C. diff. She was hospitalized for a week. It was scary, but she’s okay now. Just stay alert and if you get bad diarrhea, see a doctor ASAP.

I’ve been taking Keflex for a few days and I’m feeling a bit dizzy. Should I be worried?

Avoid alcohol while on Keflex. It can mess with your liver and make side effects worse. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

I had Keflex for a UTI and it worked great. No major side effects, just a bit of stomach upset. Definitely worth it to get rid of the infection.
