I've been prescribed Ferrex 150mg Capsules for iron deficiency anemia, and I want to know the possible side effects and how to handle them. The packaging lists some urgent side effects that require immediate medical attention, such as allergic reactions, black stools, and vomiting blood. However, I'm also curious about the more common but less severe side effects like constipation, stomach pain and changes in stool color. I want to make sure I know what to expect. How have your experiences been with these side effects and are there any tips on how to deal with them?
