So I've been prescribed Albumin 25% Inj, 50ml to help with my blood volume and pressure. The doctor says it's great for my condition, but the side effects list is frightening. Has anyone else had experience with this? I'm particularly worried about the allergic reactions and high blood pressure signs. I've only had a headache so far, but I want to know what to expect. What does Albumin do in the body, anyway? I'm considering switching to a different medication.

I've never heard of this medication before. I would prefer a more common treatment, but maybe it's worth it for you? I'm not sure.

Albumin helps maintain fluid in your blood vessels and carries essential substances. It's crucial for blood pressure and overall health. Just keep an eye out for any severe symptoms.

I'm surprised your doctor didn't warn you about the potential side effects. Maybe you need a new doctor. They do know the risks, but it's still scary.

I've been on this for a while, it was difficult at first, but it's been manageable. Stick to it, but keep an eye on those side effects.

I had a headache from this, but that was expected based on the warnings. I'm just worried about the blood pressure effects.

I switched to a different medication after experiencing severe dizziness. It wasn't worth the risk for me. I am wondering what the benefits of Albumin are.

I've not had any issues with Albumin, but I'm lucky, I guess. I think the benefits outweigh the risks, but I'm not a doctor, so what do I know?

I had a bad reaction to this stuff. Like peeling skin bad. I wish I had read more about the allergic reactions before starting it.

I had to stop using Albumin because of the headaches. It was too much to handle, but I wish I had tried a lower dose first.
