I've recently been prescribed Diltiazem ER 360mg Tablets (la 24h) to manage my high blood pressure and angina. I'm curious to know if anyone else has used this medication and what their experience has been like. I've read about the possible side effects, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any unexpected issues or benefits. How has it affected your daily life? Any tips for managing side effects or any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've been on Diltiazem for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my angina. I used to get chest pain frequently, but it's much better now. Just make sure to take it at the same time every day.

This stuff is weird. I've been on it for a while and it's been good for my blood pressure, but if you have a history of heart failure, keep a close eye on any symptoms. My dad had to go to the hospital with shortness of breath and swelling. I guess it changes for everyone.

I don't have any side effects; just a bit of dizziness. Always talk to your doctor ASAP. Might sound obvious, but it's easy to ignore. I've been on Diltiazem for about a year now, and it's been manageable.

I wish I could take Diltiazem; mine gives me a headache. But if it works for you. I've tried this and a weird rash would develop. I guess I'm just allergic to this stuff.

I've had some fatigue and weakness, but nothing too bad. I think it's worth it for the benefits it provides. I take it at night and sleep on my left side. It makes a big difference.

Anyone else experienced weird dreams on this? I've had some crazy ones ever since I started taking it. I'm glad it helps with my blood pressure, but the dreams are wild!

Diltiazem has been a lifesaver for my angina. I used to avoid physical activity because it would trigger chest pain, but now I can exercise without any issues. I've also noticed that my blood pressure is much more stable. Just make sure to monitor your heart rate regularly. You can do this easily, it's not as hard as everyone makes it out to be.

I switched to Diltiazem after having issues with another blood pressure medication. I had some dizziness at first, but it went away after a week. Just stick it out and talk to your doctor if it gets bad.

Be careful with this one. I've been taking it for a while and it's been good for my blood pressure, but if you have a history of heart failure, keep a close eye on any symptoms. My dad had to go to the hospital with shortness of breath and swelling.
