I'm scheduled for a minor procedure soon and my doctor mentioned they'll be administering Glyrx-Pf 0.4mg/2ml Sdv Inj, 2ml (Glycopyrrolate) before the surgery. I've read about the potential side effects, but I'm curious if anyone has personal experience with this medication. How was your experience? Did you encounter any side effects? Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated!

I got this before a procedure and my friend who had the same procedure didn't get this and we swore we noticed the difference in recovery time.

This stuff makes me feel like I've been drugged and I hate it, maybe it's extreme but I feel like I have to be really careful with it. I've had crazy vision changes and they lasted for hours. I've never asked a doctor to stop giving it to me but I've thought about it.

I had this before a procedure and I was worried about the side effects. But honestly, I barely felt anything. I felt fine after the surgery and I didn't experience any of the side effects that I read about. I had to have someone to take me home and I really just needed the rest.

Be prepared for some serious dry mouth. I had this during a dental procedure and it was miserable. I drank so much water afterwards, it was crazy. Also, I had some mild dizziness but nothing severe. The worst part was that I was paranoid about taking it because my doctor mentioned the possibility of itchiness or rash and I really didn't want to have to deal with that, but thankfully it didn't happen.

I've had this before a colonoscopy. It was fine, just had a really dry mouth afterward. Make sure to stay hydrated! One complication: I felt like I couldn't sweat properly during a post-op recovery exercise class.
