Has anyone had experience with Hydromorphone 2mg/ml Inj? What were your side effects?
I've been prescribed Hydromorphone 2mg/ml Inj for severe pain management, and I'm curious about what others have experienced. My mom was given this after a surgery last year and it really messed her up. She was so out of it for days. We had to call the doctor a few times. It’s a powerful drug and should be used with caution.
I’m a bit worried about the potential for addiction. Has anyone had issues with trying to get off this stuff?
I had some major mood swings and headaches with this. It was hard to deal with but worth it to get pain relief. I just hope the withdrawals aren’t as bad as this stuff was.
I was put on this once and I got a rash all over my body. I thought I was allergic to something else. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I'm glad my doctor caught on to what was going on.
I was on this for a few months after a bad accident. The constipation was unreal, but my doctor put me on a strong stool softener. Definitely watch out for the mood changes and if you have any other drugs to be careful of the serotonin syndrome. Be vigilant and talk to your doc.
Definitely be careful with this one. I had severe dizziness and passing out. It was so scary. I had to take it to get through some stuff that was really painful. I wouldn’t recommend taking this medicine long-term. They should prescribe this one carefully
It’s a strong drug. I had some serious issues with my breathing while I was on it. I can’t imagine how bad it would be if you were that sensitive to it. Hopefully you can get something else to manage your pain.
I am really curious about how this stuff affects fertility. I'm a young adult and I'm really worried about that. Has anyone else dealt with this?
