This medication can definitely cause some issues with your vision. I noticed some changes in my vision after taking it for a few days. If you experience anything like that, get to a doctor right away.
Meperidine is a strong opioid, and like any other strong opioid, it can be addictive. Make sure to talk to your doctor about the duration of your prescription and how to taper off if needed. Also, be aware of the signs of adrenal gland problems; they can be life-threatening. I've seen patients experience extreme fatigue and fainting spells due to this.
