Has anyone had experience with Mesnex 400mg Tablets during chemotherapy?
I am currently undergoing treatment with ifosfamide, and my doctor prescribed Mesnex 400mg Tablets to protect my bladder. I'm worried about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones like allergic reactions and low potassium levels. Has anyone else taken this medication? How did you cope with the side effects, if any? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I needed to switch to a different medication due to severe back pain. It was really uncomfortable for me
I actually didn't have any side effects at all. Everyone is different, so stay positive!
Anxiety was a big issue for me. I ended up seeing a therapist to help manage it.

Did you ask your doctor about the risk of Stevens-Johnson syndrome? It's rare but scary.
I had a bit of muscle cramping but my doctor assured me it was temporary. Keep an eye on your potassium levels and you'll be fine!
