I was prescribed Natacyn 5% Ophth Susp 15ml for a fungal eye infection and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. The doctor said it's important to start treatment right away, but the list of side effects is pretty scary.

Has anyone else used this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. Did you notice any side effects? If so, how did you manage them?

I'm particularly concerned about the urgent side effects. Is anyone else worried about these? If you've had a reaction, did it go away with treatment? How bad was it?

I want to hear from anyone who has used Natacyn. Thanks in advance for sharing your stories and advice!

Anyone else feeling anxious about the sight change warning? I've heard horror stories.

Seriously, this medication saved my eyesight. I had a severe infection, and the Natacyn cleared it up. Definitely worth it and no side effects for me. Regarding sight changes, it can happen, but rather have a minor side effect and get rid of the infection than risk blindness.

My sister had a bad reaction to Natacyn. She experienced severe eye pain and redness. She stopped using it and switched to something else.

If you ever experience signs of an allergic reaction, you need to stop the medication and get medical help right away. I had a friend who had a terrible allergic reaction and it was down to the medication.

I heard that applying a cold compress can help alleviate minor eye irritation. Anyone else try that?

I've always been terrified of eye infections, but Natacyn was a lifesaver. Just remember, this stuff is potent and can cause issues if not used correctly. Balanced with the side effects, but prevention is better than cure.

I used Natacyn for a severe fungal infection and it worked wonders. No serious side effects for me, just a bit of eye irritation that went away after a few days. Be sure to follow your doctor's instructions and use it as directed. It's worth the hassle if it clears up the infection.

Yikes, the side effects list is terrifying. I have a fungal infection, but I am really hesitant to start this if it could potentially cause severe reactions.
