I've been on Perampanel for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my seizures. The side effects weren't too bad for me, just some dizziness and fatigue at first, but they went away after a while.
I've been on Perampanel for a year, and it's made a huge difference in my quality of life. I've had some side effects, but they've been manageable. The first month was the worst, but it got better quickly after that.
Seems like a lot of people have different experiences. My mom has had to deal with a lot of bruising, even from small bumps, and I think it's just what I needed before I got on the meds.
