My mom had some muscle twitching and weakness. The doc switched her to a different antibiotic after a week. But she was fine after that. Maybe it's not for everyone, but it worked for her for a bit.
I had Piper/Tazoba for abdominal infection. The diarrhea was bad, but manageable. Just make sure to stay hydrated and listen to your body. If something feels off contact your doctor immediately.
